Tenzin Lhazey joined MES as the Accountant and Office Admin in April 2025. She is an experienced accountant with five years of service across two NGOs - Monlam Charitable Trust and Bir Tibetan Society. She is proficient in a wide range of accounting functions, including bookkeeping, auditing, financial planning, and analysis of financial records, consistently ensuring accurate management of organizational income and expenditures. Tenzin is also well- versed in GST and TDS regulations and independently manages most return filings with efficiency and precision.

She holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Commerce from Delhi University. Known for her adaptability and eagerness to learn, Tenzin embraces new challenges with a positive attitude. Her straightforward and easy-going nature makes her a valued team member, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and is incredibly amicable with animals.
